Ive bought many notes from Apple Store but this one works best and is excellent

What I like: MS docx base file system Dropbox centric Preconfigured formatting is convenient What I dont like: Formatting is too limited. There is ample opportunity to provide more format choices, but they are just not provided. I do not buy the "its not a word processor argument". Formatting is frustrating to work with. This requires a bit of explanation. You cannot conveniently convert existing text to a heading or list. Tapping the format options creates a new line which you must paste or type into. I wish it would simply convert the line I am on to the format I select. In working with lists; I have also had some frustrating experiences with trying to end a list. If you create a new line and then select delete list, the entire list is gone with no option to undo. I have lost a lot of work this way. (Grrr). On the whole this app is pretty good, but the things I dont like almost prevent me from going back to it.

Very easy to use. Would like to see more options to change colors of fonts and more background colors for notebook. Also would like to see when add an image to be able to adjust size, b/c its too large the way it shows up now.

Im a note expert. Using paper and organizers before I got my first phone. I have used literally every note app (Downloading them all at once critically going over each) and this one is my favorite. The one the phone comes with constantly crashed and deleted my progress so I began looking for another. The only flaw with notemaster besides maybe having a bit more variety in themes and font would be the support. Currently I have been locked out of a note category(what I thought I put as my password was not actually it) for weeks now trying to get some help. I messaged them through the app, through the site, and from my email directly all multiple times. They gave me one password to unlock it that didnt work and since then have not messaged me back. Unfortunately those notes are very important and time sensitive. Hopefully I will be contacted soon.

Cant live without it right now, categorizes and alphabetizes notes too ! I wish it would auto sync between devices.

Really good note app. Can add photos or drawings easily. Can separate notes into different categories. Would recommend and do.

This is a very useful app! Great tool for keeping information & to stay organized. I tried the free lite version & liked it so much I purchased the full version. I really liked the fact that I could immediately import what I created in the free version to the full version! That was impressive! Most useful app on my iPhone and iPad.

I updated to your latest update. It said it was fixing a bug in the password locked files (I never noticed a bug to begin with). Now when I click on a locked file, the screen goes grey and I dont even get a chance to put in my pass. It has locked me out! I need access to these files! Please fix this quick, I have been using your app for years!!!

Amazing app. Im a long time user and recently experienced a bug where I was locked out of a pin protected folder. The app developer responded immediately asking questions so that they could fix the bug, I was impressed with the support. I had everything backed up so no problem accessing my information. Keep up the good work!

It is just is frozen, I cant get to anything!!!!!!

I just updated this app and can no longer access my locked files. Ive used this app for years. Trusting is to protect my passwords and sensitive information for both work and home. Now I cant access this information. The app freezes and will not allow me to enter a password to access my locked files. This is a very serious issue. Please fix immediately. I must be able to access this information.

Love this app. I use it almost everyday for todo list, to store recipes, to share ideas. I know 100% that I could not live without this app. If I forget something, BOOM! Its right there where I saved it - like 3 years ago.

Thank you for listening! The last update before this was suppose to fix the lockout to get into password protected notes and did not work. This new update fixed it and I am so relieved!

I am very happy with this app. I cant think of any features I need that I would add. Recently had a problem where the latest update froze the program when I attempted to open the password folder. I sent an email to support and the next day a new update was released that fixed the problem. Looks like they are attentive to problems and fixing them now instead of later. Thank you!

There is still an issue where if this app and Facebook are open at the same time, there is an issue and your device overheats rapidly. Hoping yall can look into that, thx. I use this app for everything. Its my brain.

Im still a dedicated user of this app but Im being wooed away by Evernote because its so easy to share things to Evernote from Safari and other apps. Unless Im missing an option that I dont have enabled, there doesnt seem to be a way to do this. It would greatly increase the functionality of this app to have it integrate with iOS the way Evernote does.
